Kevin grew up in Prince George’s County and attended the University of Maryland, College Park, majoring in finance. He worked for Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company before attending law school at Western Michigan University. He graduated with honors in the accelerated program and joined his father’s firm the following year. Kevin has been married to his wife, a teacher, for nearly thirty years and has a daughter in graduate school studying pediatric oncology.
Jennifer, a Southern Maryland native, has worked in this office as the paralegal for the past 6 years where she has developed into an expert of personal injury law. Prior to working at Mahoney & Mahoney, LLC, Jennifer obtained multiple associate degrees from the College of Southern Maryland. She is a current student at University of Maryland Global Campus where she hopes to graduate with her bachelor’s degree in the Fall of 2023. In her spare time, Jennifer is an avid reader and enjoys spending time with her daughter and dogs exploring the outdoors especially the beach.
Danny is the legal intern here at Mahoney and Mahoney. Danny graduated at the top of his class from McDonough high school here in Charles County and is a current student at the College of Southern Maryland where he is studying public policy. Danny is also an active member of the community serving on the county’s Park Planning Task Force and an is involved with Unified Sports through Special Olympics. Outside of the office and school Danny enjoys to travel, hike, kayak, and spend time with his friends and family.

Bentley, “The Legal Beagle”, has been a part of our team here at Mahoney & Mahoney, LLC since he was only 8 weeks old. Bentley is responsible for boosting the team’s morale and elevating the office environment. He loves to sniff, chew his toys, and play fetch. Treats are his favorite, but Bentley spends most of the day snoozing away dreaming of new ways to improve your experience here at Mahoney & Mahoney. He looks forward to your pets the next time you visit the office.
